- Yuralume confirms receipt and checks the account, payment, activation, allowance, and system records.
- We reply with the outcome. If we need more from you, we only ask for the minimum relevant to the case.
- If the dispute continues, you can use the payment provider's dispute process, the Executive Yuan consumer complaint system, or any other statutory remedy.
